As the manager of Human Resources at Big Valley Mortgage, Mandy Hall has a remarkable track record. She has made significant contributions to the company's success and culture with her genuine passion for work. Mandy is dedicated to ensuring employee satisfaction and recognizes its impact on company performance.

Mandy began her mortgage career as an LOA/Office Admin at her family's brokerage, California Central. She began working as the Office Manager at All Valley Financial in 2004, gaining experience in office operations. In 2007, she left the mortgage industry, only to return in 2012 to APM as the Onboarding Coordinator for the next 5 years. With her extensive industry knowledge, she now excels and contributes to the growth of BVM, the company she calls home.

Mandy was born in Roseville but raised in several places, including Hawaii. She currently resides in Loomis, where she has lived for the past eight years. Mandy’s interests include karaoke, hosting parties, and relaxing on the beach in the sun.
