Patrick Moher's Bio

I graduated from Sac State with a bachelor’s degree in finance in 2019. My reason for pursuing this area of study was that education in finance can make way for a rewarding career in helping others. During this time, I also served in the United States Marine Corps. The experience helped shape my desire to serve others and look beyond myself for their benefit.

After graduating college and finishing my service in the Marine Corps, a good friend of mine who was a Realtor introduced me to some Loan Officers, who talked to me about the profession. What intrigued me the most was hearing about how rewarding it can be to help people with such a big financial decision. So, in February of 2020, I obtained my NMLS license and launched my career as a licensed Loan Officer.

What I enjoy most about being a Loan Officer ties to what drew me to the profession. To help people achieve the dream of homeownership and make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives is truly an honor. But what has been an additional benefit, are the amazing connections with Real Estate professionals as I connect and develop professional working relationships with Realtor partners.

Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors and being active. Some hobbies of mine include working out to stay fit and playing golf with friends and family to bond.
